 The first version of the IWM manual was introduced in the beginning of 2006. Similar to the ISO principals all procedures of the involved diving centers were re-designed and explained in the manual. Improvements can be introduced more easily, continuity is guaranteed and it is much more easy for new staff to get used to the job.
