 Die Anlage wird sich in einer Tiefe von 13m befinden und über Aufzüge ereichbar sein. 24 Luxus-Zimmer, ein großes Restaurant sowie Bar/Lounge, Bibliothek, Konferenz-Raum, Hochzeits-Kapelle, Unterwasser-Spa und die sogenannte Nautilus Suite werden dann zur Verfügung stehen. Ein Mindestaufenthalt von einer Woche und die Summe von 15.000 $ pro Person/Woche sind zum Einchecken notwendig. Innerhalb dieser Woche würde man dann 2 Übernachtungen im UW-Resort verbringen, den Rest in Strandbungalows. Geplant ist die Anlage übrigens von L.
